OUR 3-STEP BOOKING PROCESS FOR THE MERRY BELLS VILLAGE HALL WHEATLEY:

Step 1: Check availability - use the calendar below to check what dates and times are available.

Step 2: Submit Your Booking Enquiry - once you’ve found a free slot, click the + symbol next your preferred date & fill in the form. Make sure you include enough time for setting up & clearing away in your requested hours. If you have previously booked with us before, you will need to log on with your email and password; if this is your first time you will need to register your email address and create a password.

There is a 15-minute buffer between bookings to allow hirers time to leave, so you will not be able to book immediately after or before another booking.  

Step 3: We’ll Get Back to You - The Merry Bells is run by volunteers so please allow 3 working days, (excluding weekends), for a response. We will check your booking, then email you with your invoice and/or any follow-up questions.

The Main Hall - capacity 100 standing or 80 seated - £15/hour Includes: tables & chairs (which are stored in corner of room if not in use), projector screen/av equipment, kitchen for food storage & making hot drinks, DIY bar area, free WiFi, free parking (users staying for 2 hours or more must register on terminal).  Available 7 days/week 9am-11pm. Optional Add-ons: Kitchen Oven for Cooking: £6/hour (use of kitchen for drinks is included; it is just the oven you need to pay extra for)

The Coffee Room - capacity 20 - £7.50/hour Includes: tables and chairs (permanently set out), kitchenette for hot drinks, free WiFi, free parking (users staying for 2 hours or more must register on terminal).  Available 7 days/week 9am-11pm.
